OUR RETURN POLICY
1. Products are eligible for return and replacement within 14 days of purchase.
2. Refunds are strictly unavailable as fragrances are consumable products.
3. Sale or discounted purchases are non-returnable.
4. Returns are only available for products purchased at their original price.
ELIGIBILITY CRETERIA FOR PRODUCT RETURN
1. Customers received a defective or wrong product.
2. Customers are unhappy with the product.
3. Customers must initiate the return within 14 days of receiving the product.
4. Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
HOW TO RETURN?
Return requests can be made via email to eugeparfum@gmail.com or in-person at any Euge Parfum store. Reason for return and product images must be provided.
THE PROCESS OF RETURN
A solution that meets your needs will be provided by our executive within two business days. If you wish to return the product, our executive will work with you to arrange a replacement that meets your satisfaction.
